Victoria Systema Study Group

We are a group formed to train in the Russian Martial Art Systema. Our training is fun and grounded in a long practical history of diverse conflict situations. Giving up all illusions, Systema has no rankings, belts, katas or the like. Just real, practical training. Using the principles of relaxation, movement, structure and breathing, no two classes are the same. Training could include: multiple opponents, weapons, hand to hand combat, ground fighting, and more in a variety of settings.
